Siobhan Dolan Clancy

Siobhan is a senior business executive with 25 years’ leadership experience in the global semiconductor technology industry. She holds a degree in Management Sciences (Trinity College Dublin), diploma in Marketing (Technological University of Dublin), postgraduate diploma in International Trade for Southeast Asia (ISUGA, France), advanced diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching (2020) and diploma in Corporate Governance (2021).

Siobhan was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Discrete & Integrated Solutions Group at Microsemi Corporation (2016 – 2018), member of the executive management and led the merger and acquisition of two organisations into the group and implemented a transformative site integration strategy driving product focus, technology optimisation and cost/utilisation improvements.

Prior to that, she was Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Marketing & Business Development for Aerospace at Microsemi Corporation (2011 – 2016). She established long term global partnerships with senior stakeholders in the aerospace industry to drive product roadmaps for next generation platforms while helping brand the company as a solutions provider. She initiated and developed one of the top ten corporate wide strategic growth initiatives in electric aircraft power systems and represented the strategy to Board of Directors and Market Analysts. Prior to that she was Director of International High Reliability Sales at Microsemi Corporation (2008 – 2011) and European Sales Manager, High Reliability Products at Microsemi Corporation (2004 – 2008). Throughout her career Siobhan has worked in the semiconductor industry addressing many end markets gaining deep industry knowledge across the major sectors of aerospace, commercial aviation, space satellite, automotive, medical, and industrial applications including semiconductor capital equipment.

Her vision for SDC Business Consulting Ltd. is to work with clients to explore and expand their vision for the organisation, develop and execute a clear business strategy while achieving operational excellence. She has an impressive record of strategy development, cost reduction and maximising profitability through successful relationship management approaches and the introduction of strategic organisation enhancing initiatives.
